When I called to schedule the piano moving service, they scheduled a 3-hour window during which they would pick up the piano. A guy called me the night before to confirm and narrowed the window to 1 hour. They use blankets to pad the piano and were extremely careful with it. I was really happy they managed to move it without a single scratch!
